Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, removing any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
